I was looking at the api docs this weekend and ding notice any major differences vs a few years back. But there were a lot front end changes, which is relevant for user scripts but not for 3rd party apps.

Yeah that’s still gone. Also none of the new additions to lessons (usage examples etc…) are available either. The kana vocab is there though. Besides that the API is basically unchanged. I do all of my WaniKani-ing from Smouldering Durtles (3rd party android app) without issues.
