Thanks! I worked in the camp kitchen two years ago and absolutely hated it 
But I think requiring no devices for kitchen and support staff is a bit much. Counseling should be much better!

Yes, Human Japanese is a great app. (I’ve used it and agree.) But @spurofthemoment won’t have a phone/tablet/computer, so it’s kind of a moot point.
