Auto Commit stopped working

Hi, has this happened to anyone else? I have reinstalled the add on and made sure its under the framework on tampermonkey but still not working :(. any ideas?

Yeah, they made a change today which means that some plugins will require updating before they’ll work again.

ah okay i dont know how to write scripts. Ive uninstalled and redownloaded but does this mean i need an entirely new script? kinda hard to go back after using auto commit for so long. Thanks for your reply

You will need to wait for the developer/maintainer of that script to update the script to fix it to work with the new version of WK. Once it has been updated you will need to update your installation of that script.

This is presuming that there is someone actively maintaining the script. How long it takes will also depend on when they are able to have time to make updates. I am not familiar with that particular script but for the majority of popularly used user scripts they are actively maintained and usually updated within a couple of days of getting “broken”.

Dont understand why wanikani cant just integrate these simple add ons into their site as an options. i pay a lot of money to use this site and for years have to rely on thrid party add ons to make the experience better. Then when they update i now cant use the site like i have been, seems counterintuitive. Vent over

Did no one advise the developers what was coming? The silver lining is the update broke pretty much everything, so that at least the individual developers hopefully aren’t getting tons of hate mail.
