You can see what level I’m at, but I wanted to thank you for sharing your experience and the details of the transitions. I am six months in and expect to be a long time learning through Wanikani, especially as I have a wonderful family, a demanding job, and am part of a church community who all deserve my attention.
I feel nervous about starting to try and speak Japanese, yet that is probably the thing I most want to do.
Your love of the Wankani humour I totally identify with. I feel that there is this amazing intelligence poured into the humour that seems so spontaneous, but which is designed to encourage us to learn this beautiful language.
Anyway, thanks for being an encouragement and sharing your journey.
