Brrrr… 
we get our wet boots and pants off and dry off. Chattering away we manage to make a fire to dry everything out and cuddle up close to the warmth. Eventually we manage to get everything thoroughly dried out. We wander about for a while feeling hungry. Some bright red trumpet shaped filters catch or eye. Didn’t we read about those? Maybe they’re edible? But we just have a haze of life facts rattling around in our heads. It’s not like we’re going to get filled up on flower petals anyway.
