This reminds me a funny situation when I was playing video games with a friend who isn’t really a gamer, and she referred the first-person camera as “POV.” Not changing the camera, but specifically the first-person view.
Turns out she and her best friend had been using that one ever since the friend’s boyfriend imparted that golden nugget. There wasn’t even any multilingual confusion here, just a couple normies and an absolute mad lad.

To be sure, I… uh, I mean, he has certainly heard of POV videos, but doesn’t really make any immediate association when he hears “POV”.

If you play 1st-person video games a lot, or work with any software that uses that camera perspective, you’ll know that the terms for it are “first-person view” or “first-person perspective”. In this context POV is used to reference the concept of a potential camera position, ie. “I prefer to play X game in 1st person POV.” or “from my character’s POV.” But you never use it interchangeably with any specific camera position. It sounds like saying “My favorite segment of the rainbow is color.” And there’s only one industry that has established that misnomer as standardized practice.

I now figured out why I also get AV女優 in the top! I discussed it with my tutor and she actually Googled it and her resutls were about movie acresses. But when I do a search for 女優 it’s primarily AV女優.
But the results are in Chinese! Here’s actually a funny article that Chinese native speakers think that 女優 means an AV actress (a regular actress is 女演員 in Chinese):

Since Google doesn’t know if I want to search for Japanese or Chinese results it probably assumes that I want Chinese results since my IP is not in Japan and there’s significantly more Chinese speakers worldwide.
Unfortunately when a search term is not clearly Japanese Google keeps returning me Chinese results!!!
Oh, actually, there’s a setting for search langauges. When I added Japanese my results changed completely.

Yea, that one is always a god damn obnoxious issue. I pretty much always search things with some random Hiragana in the string these days.
But I find it funny that this one is so pervasive even Chinese speakers think that’s what it means.
Oh dear, and I added both 男優 and 女優 to my Anki set for People just recently… I thought it’s okay, since there is also 声優. I guess I’ll move them to the Body Anki set or something 
And yes, even the always conservative Duckduckgo blessed me with appropriate imagery.
