i did my reviews and the item “申す” comes up…i though it is “口にする” where i typed mostly “to eat” beside i know the other meanings as well. but i looked after “申す” ,because i feeled something odd and it has accepted to eat but it isnt a meaning of " “申す”.

Yeah, I can’t see any way where that would make sense.
Sometimes there’s some sort of colloquial meaning to a word that’s acceptable even if it wouldn’t really make sense to learn it that way, but I’m at a loss here. ![]()

I think this is just a case of the typo system being a little too lenient and accepting “to eat” instead of “to say” so I’ve gone and added it to the block list.
