A medicine that reverses the coffee brainwashing! That’s huge! I also like how the author tied it back to Ollie’s brainwashing coming undone when he got hit by a hammer. I think I remember thinking that was weird given how long he had been drinking coffee at that point.
I was afraid Eve was going to report Evelyn when she expressed doubt about Anthony. I guess she may have done it, and we just don’t know yet. The reading ended with that cliffhanger, but the way things are going, I’m sure she’ll come around (although she may end up bringing a mole into the group of Eve betrayed her).
It’s interesting that Barbara seems to be resisting the brainwashing. It clearly worked when Barbie talked to her, but they are acting like her speaking out like that has been happening for a while, so she seems to be breaking free from it. She feels so strongly about Christopher, maybe it’s like how John’s feelings for Late help him break out of it.
I don’t think Barbie has been broken out of the brainwashing though, so it still seems unlikely that she’ll join the team.
Also, it’s been a month. What’s up with Louise??? I’m super curious to see how she’s doing. I’m also waiting for Mary Rose to finally jump back into the story. There’s no way she just died off screen.
