I wasn’t expecting this week’s passage to be so short - just five lines!

Thoughts on the grammar:
  • I hadn’t come across しのげる （しのぐ）before. Useful.
  • I would have got ならんで if it had been written in its kanji form 並んで.

I’m also on team building but it seems strangely convenient to find shelter this easily. If there’s people there, would they be friendly? It’s worth the risk but I doubt the book is over this quickly right?

@equant has been airlifted into the adventure area! But the helicopter flew off before we could signal to it that we were lost :frowning: Guess we’ll have to keep looking for salvation

Hmm standing out here in the sun doesn’t sound like a lot of fun. Perhaps we should look for some shade :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: Looks like our options are a boulder or some building off in the distance, let’s check out the building! Hopefully its not a mirage…
