I bought them early in my studies, too! Just keep going and you’ll make it!
My only advice is to find some fun way to keep going, and if reading this just a page at a time is fun, then don’t wait to finish Genki! We were just discussing that on my log and ChristopherFritz had some great advice here
Would it be possible to continue the series as a spinoff book club or something? (I’m not sure how to go about it tbh but I think it would be fun to read the rest, I’ve had them for ages and never got round to it)
You could do an interest poll if you’re willing to lead it! It’s not too hard to lead a club and I can imagine you’d get interest if you started with a reread of book 1. There are tips here. And if you find a similar-ish club you can copy their templates.
