If you tag the vocab by chapter, the rearranging should not even be a problem. (Maybe you could even tag by old and new chapter?

My first WK bookclub
I just got my books yesterday. Ordered the four Shirokuma Cafe and the first four volumes of Chi’s sweet home. Though the first three chapters of Chi’s Sweet Home, seem to be mostly cat sounds so far 
I never really read any manga before, so I’m already excited for the book club to start! Until the club starts, I’ll have to catch up with なぜ？どうして？ - I’m still 20 pages behind the reading schedule 
Brand new section starts in a couple of hours from now, you can always skip ahead if you like!
I’m super excited for this and I can’t wait to learn with and from others! Already ordered my copy .
I’m going to order mine on Monday! I went to Kinokuniya yesterday and they didn’t have the new ones, but I did grab Yotsuba&! and the first Sailor Moon ~for the future~
I’ve ordered my copy, though shipping says it could get here as late as March 20th. Hopefully it won’t be that long, but I’ll participating, even if I have to play catch up for the first week or so.
No need to skip anymore I just rushed through the missing chapters and can start reading the latest chapter with the group tomorrow. Now I just have to create all my Anki cards for the new vocab >.<
It’s amazing how just reading this little children’s book boosted my grammar knowledge so much. I guess that Shirokuma Cafe will probably be much easier to read (at least regarding grammar).
My book came in the mail today! Looking forward to learning some of the vocab in the first chapters before we start! Still really excited about this being my first book club ever, not just in Japanese. The book is pretty adorable too!
Some of the grammar in なぜ?どうして? has been really tough!! But doing the pages day after day (I think we are day 108 today) has started to make a lot of it feel more natural.
But! しろくま is going to be so different! From formal and literary to informal and conversational. Looking forward to trying to get my head around a whole different style of Japanese!

I downloaded this version of the app when I upgraded to an iPhone XR.
You will need to switch to a Japanese apple account to be able to download it, but after switching back to your original it will update automatically. You also have to connect your eBook Japan account to a yahoo account in order to login to it.
It’s kind of a pain to get it to work at first but its updated to the screen resolution of newer iPhones and it looks better than the older version.
If anyone (everyone) wants to do me a favor…I’d love if you went to Amazon (and Amazon.jp) and requested the Kindle edition! Maybe someday they will do that for us if enough people ask!

I popped into the local Kinokuniya today. Annoyingly, they had 2-3-4 of the bis version, and 1-3-4-5 of the original version (as well as 1 and 2 of the sequel). I grabbed the original volume 1 - I guess I’ll just have to sit out the missing chapters.
