今日は新しい単語ないんですけど、前のレベルで（たぶん）「たくさん」という言葉は漢字で「沢山」と書いていました。どうして沢と山なのでしょうかね？ 
この言葉はいつも仮名で書いてるんでしょう？

If you remove “で,” then it would read like you are stating your resolution, “I’m not gonna study any more new Wanikani words.”

がは 学(まな)ばべ ない んだで。
Since you reached level 60, I interpreted that you cannot learn any more new Wanikani words, so I changed it to 学べない (can’t learn), “I can’t learn any more new Wanikani words.”
Hope it makes sense.

Yes, you used it correctly!
ちなみに、「試（こころ）みる」はwrittenでつかわれることが多いです。
spokenだと「試(ためして)してみる」とか「やってみる」という言い方をすることが多いですよ。

このQ&Aのおかげで、どうしてある言葉は仮名や漢字で書かれているのかすこしわかりました。
漢字で表記するよりも平仮名のほうが柔らかくて優しくなる効果があります。その反対に漢字だと、文章が硬い印象になりますよね。上記の例文も①の文章の方が柔らかくて親しみやすさを感じると思います。逆に、論文やレポートなどには比較的漢字を多様した文章が多いと思います。

九十六つアイテムのアっプランタスあります、から勉強できない。
This was a bit of nightmare to format correctly, and the word “apprentice” is probably completely wrong, but hopefully it got the point across. Please correct mercilessly, as I’m quite sure this has errors >3<

カタカナ、むずかしいよね。
Don’t worry about not understanding all the corrections here at this point, but one easy take away I suggest is to use 個(こ) for 10 or above numbers instead of つ.

すみません、でも分かりません。
I tried to break it down as best as I could, but the only real translation I could muster is the following, so I wanted to check and see:
“The first sentence is fine! The sentence after that is okay!”
I meant:
The first sentence didn’t have mistakes.
For a new sentence (as in when you encounter any new sentences), the important thing is to review the sentence afterwards.
