今日の天気はおでんです。
今朝は晴れで１０時くらいは曇りで１時午後雨ちょっとだけで今まで（夜）暑いです。

By saying "oden" I want to say

“mixed” as there is a way to say “mixed” in Indonesian food (called gado gado) to refer to a mix things because this food contains mix of vegetables.

You can put んだ directly after an い-adjective, but it doesn’t work here, because 嫌い is a な-adjective. So it should be 嫌いなんだ

(I hope you don’t mind me answering) the particle は is often written as wa in romaji, because it sounds like that, even though it is written ha.
