Are you the same Jen that I spoke to on the live chat / email?

:durtle_noice: thank you for your help if so! :durtle_noice:

I got level 4  in no time just like you said.

I often mix up 嫁ぐ, 稼ぐ. Anyway, I think I answered ‘to earn’ on 嫁ぐ(to marry) and it accepted it with an ‘your answer was a bit off, check meaning’ message, it was about a week ago so im not 100% positive. Forgive the vagueness and lack of screenshot, consider this tentative at best until I verify next review

thank you wanikani for accepting “rook” when I meant to type “roof” during radical review. I was shifting my laptop and bumped the wrong key

Isn’t Mountain Drinking a thing, though…飲登山?

Probably shouldn’t be an accepted answer, haha, though don’t know how many people are going to make the same mistake.

just…i don’t even know…

“Somebody” is a hidden synonym for that, and “someone” is close enough for “close enough”.

Just entered “long” instead of “lung” for 肺 - and it got accepted

Had to read that twice to figure out what was wrong about that. ‘long’ is the Dutch word for ‘lung’.

Um… what a difference two letters make.

And it’s not even two letters - you just typed one upside-down and let it swap places with the other one :joy_cat:
