I’ve always wished I could draw well, but I’ve never been able to. I love Ina (she’s my oshi), but unfortunately, even she hasn’t inspired me to chase that dream any further, haha. I’m glad she inspired you though!
Regarding your profile pic: I’ve watched Okayu a little bit, but I’m planning to do so a lot more once I learn a bit more Japanese! I’ve heard people say she’s great for listening practice, since she tends to speak very calmly and clearly.

Vibe-wise I’d say Okayu is as close as you can get to Ina within Hololive JP - super chill, comfy vibes all around, and IMO one of the best singers in Hololive all around. Also does the absolute best ASMR if that’s your thing. And she does speak very clearly so she definitely makes for good listening practice. Same goes for Choco, actually, she tends to speak pretty calmly and enunciates very well, and while her voice isn’t the audible velvet Okayu’s voice is, I find it very pleasant to listen to.
If you’re looking to pick up drawing, Ina’s drawing practice streams are a decent place to start. She has this site she uses for posture drawing, and doesn’t go full art goddess on them so it’s actually possible for mere mortals to follow along 
Iofi also has a few very informative drawing tutorials, though they’re less “drawing simple things beginners can follow along with” and more “explanations on specific things and answering questions”. Still super useful though.
Just remember, sucking at something is the first step to being sorta good at something!
