You can either right-click and choose “Inspect”
Press F12
Or CTRLSHIFTI
That will get you to the development console. To choose a specific element, either right-click and inspect, choose from the myriad of nested elements in the list, or use the selection feature in the top left
Using the selection function you can easily choose which element you want to have a look at
