Unlocking level 60 celebration category

I have been collecting my thoughts and reflections about my usage of Wanikani over the past year and change and was looking to write a level 60 celebration post about it.

However, that category appears as read only to me when trying to create a new topic. Is this because my level only displays 59? If so, what triggers that changing to 60? I think I have all items of level 60 having achieved guru at least once:

log out completely then log back in… your badge should change to 60.

It’ll also happen itself eventually, but yeah, logging out and back in is the way to get it to work immediately.
