Maybe I’m just stupid and am not retaining very much, but I’m at around 400 reviews every single day and it’s been this way for most of a couple of years now (I’m on level 56 for reference). Do other people really only have 100 or so reviews a day?
I am sure it’s a personal thing rather than an ability. Also, it might be caused by your pace and strategy.
I’m also expecting the number of reviews to rise at level 30+ and maybe much more at 40+ if I keep up with this pace. Here’s my current workload. It seems to rise after I changed my strategy. Before, it was around 60+
I kept a fixed amount of kanji + radical lessons when I got them (20 lessons/day). But then I mainly blitzed my vocabulary lessons when they got unlocked (instead of using fixed values like radical/kanji part). I also keep my apprentices under 100, so many workloads are due to vocabs instead of kanji or radical.

I am moving in that direction too ![]()
Actually, I don’t mind - I run through the reviews relatively quickly, not thinking too much, and if I don’t know a word or reading, it deserves to go back to the pile ![]()
