Is there a way to blacklist some hours on Wanikani?
Sometimes I’ll get reviews scheduled at 4am and I am obviously not awake at that time. Is it okay to just wait til I wake up to do them? And if not, is there some kind of way to “blacklist” certain hours depending on my time-zone, so that WK will shift my designated review time slots?

There’s no reason to not just leave the reviews until you wake up. It’s not like they’re going anywhere! 
Don’t do the review until your normal time. It will then cycle through appropriately.
I almost never have any reviews before 6am or after 9pm since I only do reviews within that time.
Yeah, just do them when you wake up. No harm in that. 
That’s really weird cuz I also never do reviews before 8am nor after 9pm and I keep getting 12am-5am review schedules. I’ll just leave them for the morning though. Thank you
This will happen during the early stages of learning an item. I think the first three review timings are 4, 8, and 12 hours. So if you do something at 20:00 for the first time it’ll come back at midnight. After those first three times all the reviews come in multiples of 24hours (so they’ll come back about the same time as when you did them), which is why they’ll just sort themselves out.
Of course, this will happen if you get things wrong and they drop back down to the lower apprentice stages too.
