my table is expanding… new manga is an adult one about married life with a focus on セックスレス relationships (so far, anyway). 500 questions book is designed to completed over four weeks, it’ll take me more like six i think. didn’t have time for galileo :((
Posting today as I think my run of mostly good reading has come to an end for the week. I’m not anticipating much from the next 5 days or so. I just returned from a dive trip, last few days mostly had lots of reading time. I’m now back at work. For one week. Have huge amount to do before I go away again. On Monday.
On the plus side, the next trip should have a reasonable amount of free time so I’ll definitely make up for things next week. Several flights, then a few days of sightseeing, followed by nearly 2 days on a train.
Better than the last few days for reading and Japanese in general
I feel like with some weekend binging I could finish any 2 out of these 3 books this week because they’re all quite short, but not sure which to choose. 検討しますけど, might cook the books to make sure 火花 comes as number 50
I planned to read まちカドまぞく, but I had only a smartphone on me, and I prefer reading manga from the bigger screen. And anyway I want to continue with the Silent Witch as well.
That is a nice idea Maybe not right away, but I’d like to try other of her books!
not my most focused day. enjoying 1122 a lot so far. ghostwire tokyo is mostly fairly standard in the dialogue and then it’ll throw a rare kanji at me like 匣 and i’m diving for my phone to look stuff up. there’s also random history dumps in various item descriptions, which is genuinely kinda nice.
October 6
I played 英雄伝説 碧の軌跡 did one quest and finally was able to leave town amd see if something changed outside. Wondering if new areas are available and what kind of adventures await me.
October 7
I played more 英雄伝説 碧の軌跡. The forest area was beautiful I wished it was longer. We got a car to drive around just too bad it can’t be controlled by the player. I loved driving around in Final Fantasy XV.
Back to reading Happiness today, so far I have noticed that reading even a few pages give me a lot of content and useful grammar to learn. It’s motivating! Especially since I have to read a bit less during the week.
Having easy pages where you can read everything in between those more challenging grammar points that you can dissect and understand with effort is pretty rewarding too. it is a good mix!
