There’s a Russian dude in the language school I’m attending and he just got to level 30 even though he started 4 months later

81 day level was a 3 winter break and couldn’t get the reviews to decrease.
Same for the last 2 levels but then for the 6 week summer break where tried to not repeat the winter break
