Today I celebrate 50 days at Wanikani!!!
It’s been great. I love this app and how kanji become really simple with mnemonics that can be really farfecht sometimes!!!
And so… speaking of mnemonics…
A rib cage on the moon, where blue people live, and they’re blue due to the lack of oxygen.
You see, Wanikani is full of these mnemonics that actually sound like a Worldbuilding mess and I think that’s perfect.
And so I’ve been thinking… Why don’t we try to connect the dots between Wanikani’s mnemonics and make the most (awesome, yet) absurd Universe we have ever seen!! If you think about it, the world is already built!!!
I think it would be really funny to just create stories around these strange, hilarious and (sometimes) logical mnemonics for characters such as the Shogun and Koichi, and even these blue people that live on the moon…
Also please, if this topic is already a thread, let me know!!!
Ps: Sorry about my english! I am Portuguese, and trying to become a little better than I was yesterday with both Japanese and English, so bear with me!! Totally recommend Wanikani for both languages.
