Know or Not Know Anki Mode efficiency (Back to Back vs Reorder Omega script)

Hi guys, I’m doing Wanikani with Anki Mode, Double Check and now recently also Back to Back, because I wanted meanings and readings to show up at the same time for more efficiency. I chose Back to Back instead of Reorder Omega (same developer) because I only really need this one feature. If anyone knows if I should be using Reorder Omega instead for whatever reason, please let me know!

However, the thing I want to know the most is whether there is a solution for the following ‘‘issue’’:

I am wondering if, with whatever extension I may not be aware of yet, I can mark a card wrong and then have it not show up again.
As far as I understand, I always have to do the same card again until I say ‘‘correct’’ and only then it gets the right grading and disappears from the review pile.
In this case, it shows up immediately again after failing the card (because I have Back to Back) and I wish I didn’t have to do the extra step every time.

If I’m not making myself fully understood, let me know.

There seems to be a hint of this here, but I don’t understand Wanikani under the hood enough to want to mess with this code by myself.

@Kumirei Just tagging you here because you’re the dev/maintainer of both add-ons

Seems like there’s no particular option here either.

I don’t know if it is relevant but I think Double Check has a feature that lets you mark a card as wrong.

Thank you, but that’s not relevant to the question (-> friendly tone)

To rephrase what I’m looking for, Wanikani seems to force you to always re-do a card that you fail until you pass it, and I wish that I could just advance immediately when using Anki Mode, so not seeing a failed card twice but once.
