I’ve started using Anki mode with the Tsurukame app, on ipad, hoping to more quickly deal with my phat backlog. I’m using it with the combined reading/ meaning cards. A couple of questions have emerged.
When I mark an answer incorrect, it immediately asks the same question again, with no delay. Of course, its easy, because I’ve literally just looked at the answer. Is this normal behavior for Anki mode? If so, is there any way to delay it by a few cards, as it would be after marking a card using native Wanikani (or the real Anki app for that matter)?
The pop-up box in which you register your answer blocks part of the screen. So, to mark an answer incorrect and also see the complete correct answer on the screen, you need to go through a couple of extra steps as a result. I’ll attach a screenshot to show what i mean, about the placement. Is there any way to have that pop-up box show up, say, in the upper right corner? I suspect not, but thought I’d ask.
Updating my own post… it looks like one or even both of my issues are discussed here:
…and it looks like they may have been resolved, but they still exist in my app. I do think my app is updated so not sure, maybe the fixes haven’t been implemented yet. I suppose I should ask on github then, unless someone happens to know whats going on here.
