I believe the colors work like this:
dark grey is your longest time spent on a level
light blue is your shortest time spent on a level
dark blue is a level that took a shorter amount of time than the median
purple is a level that took a longer amount of time than the median
pink is your current level

Quick and short update to make a note for myself:
I’ve unlocked the remaining level 5 kanjis just this morning and immediately did the lessons for them. I’ve remembered everything pretty easily, except for the readings of 会 (kai) and 言 (gen, written genn). I hope that I can remember them better now if I write them down… I might one day make a list of all the stuff I can’t remember that well, but I think I should start focusing more on the reading in the lessons, as my meaning accuracy is almost 99%, while my accuracy for readings is slightly below 93%.
As you might see, my weak point is the vocab reading, so I think I’ll focus especially on that.
Right now, I have 59 vocab lessons left, although they’ll surely increase when I guru the first level 5 kanjis tomorrow. So I think I’ll have to deal with about 90 more vocab lessons before the next level. Since I want to have a 0/0 status for the 0/0 challenge, I’ll probably do 30 lessons a day, but with more focus on the reading, since the meaning seems to be pretty solid for me.
Also, weekly reminder to finally start grammar 
I think I’ll start grammar on Saturday or Sunday, since it’s still within this year and that’s when I’ll reach level 6

just so you don’t start forming bad habits, it’s actually written “げん”. I’m assuming you mean the romaji representation is “genn” (it’s actually “gen” but due to IME quirks you sometimes have to double tap the n). I assume you are using an IME to input your Japanese, which is absolutely fine by the way! basically every japanese uses romaji input to type on computers but I think it’s really important to separate the actual Japanese bits 言/げん and don’t consider the Romaji at all

Don’t worry, I only wrote in Romanji now because I was too lazy to switch back and fourth between IME and normal 
Yes, I do use an IME, and I think I should look if it’s possible to switch between keyboard layouts via custom shortcuts (I use a keyboard with QWERTZ layout, and the Japanese keyboard layout appears to be a QWERTY one). Do you know if that’s possible?

You have to edit the registry, lemme find you a link. (I use a non-standard layout too so I had to do the same thing)

instead of KBDDV.DLL you need to type in KBDGR.DLL

Yes, I use Windows IME.
Hm, isn’t that for Windows 10? Or is there no difference (just asking cuz I use Windows 11)
