It feels weird to be level 60

Congratulations my guy! :tada:

First of all, congratulations! I plan(and hope) to reach 60 this autumn! It must be a good feeling.

I know it may sound like a weird advice but the best resource to learn how to write kanji intuitively is Heisig’s book Remembering the Kanji.
Before starting on Wanikani I learned about 600 kanji from Heisig. Then I got bored because it annoyed me that I was only learning abstract meanings and writing and not how to read the kanji. It didn’t feel like much of a progress.
BUT (an important but) I absorbed the method of writing and I still have this ability to this day, even with new radicals and kanji, I can intuitively write them correctly (with very few exceptions).
My “unorthodox” plan after hitting level 60 on Wanikani, is to quickly go through Heisig, focusing on writing, so that I solidify the writing skill and do a bit of review.
