Although not much of an issue in this case (I think sick person is OK), there are times I want to avoid answering easy but naive meanings, the primary meaning, and sometimes even readings. (In particular, secondary Kanji readings).
Anyway, I think it is possible, but the script doesn’t exist yet afaik.
