Welcome to the intellectual masochists’ club. Hang in there. It slowly starts to get easier. Focus on doing it in ways that are fun or at least interesting.

It’s difficult learning any language; the only way to truly get stuck is to give up entirely. Even if you’re only doing a bit everyday, that’s more progress than if you weren’t doing anything at all. It takes time for your efforts to bear fruit, but in the meantime, just remember what made you want to learn in the first place.
