How to practice radicals

is there something for anki to practice the radicals you have learned on wanikani?
every once in a while, on wanikani, i’m quized on some radical i haven’t see for a while, and it’d be nice to practice them

Hey!

I usually write down the radicals that also are a kanji and learn the stroke order (it helps remembering). There’s also the extra study options on wanikani.

You can otherwise create a quizlet, create an anki deck, notes in real life,

I set hiragana and katakana as my desktop wallpaper which helped me remember them! You can probably do the same for kanji

otherwise, wanikani is pretty good at making it stick in your head with the SRS =)

If you fail the radical review on WK then WK will make sure to show it to you more often until it sticks. So there is not really a need to study it outside of WK.

Yep, especially since many of the radicals are made-up and aren’t useful outside of WK.

Why waste hard drive space in your head? The WaniKani radicals are terrible. I’d go as far to say don’t even bother using them in the first place.

The other day I learned creeper. What the hell is a creeper? It’s like they make the radicals for 4 year olds watching Sesame Street.
