I’d say, my speed would be about 3 kanji per minute…
However, with me – it greatly depends on my condition (and on how well I remember the kanji).

This is a skill I need to work on
Out of curiosity I noted the time it took me today.
I don’t have specific time for kanji, just for a set of replied items.
In 10 minutes I had 38 items passed, so roughly 78 answers (there were two failed replies… ).
It was an “easy” batch however, as I knew them all (the two errors where on of rendaku and a mistyping on small phone keyboard).
I never go for more than 10min or 50 items in a row. If I have more, I just stop and leave the rest for later.
(that means when I have more I type several “lost” unpaired replies. They are an extra drill however).
Note also English isn’t my language, so that part (typing the English word) takes some recalling time, sometimes I recall the Japanese yomi, and know the meaning in other language s but struggle to find the English one)

yeah, man, I know what you mean, I also don´t speak english as a native speaker so sometimes I get stuck on some reviews trying to remember a word in english hahah
