Does it not come up as an option when you type a comma? That’s how it works on Android.
Never mind, everyone.
On the romaji keyboard: from the Japanese keyboard, press “123” to view the numbers then press “#+=” to view the special characters. The ・ is next to the delete key.
On the kana keyboard: press “ABC” to view Latin characters, then press “☆123” to view numbers and special characters. The ・is under 4, press the 4 key four times to input it.
