i’m at the fast level and i got one kanji wrong (
) which caused me to be stuck at this current level. It will show up again after 23 hours. If after 23 hours and I get it right, how long will it show up again in my review?

I’m honestly surprised you don’t know the SRS timing by heart at level 42

Apprentice 1 → 4 hours → Apprentice 2
Apprentice 2 → 8 hours → Apprentice 3
Apprentice 3 → 1 day → Apprentice 4
Apprentice 4 → 2 days → Guru 1
Guru 1 → 1 week → Guru 2
Guru 2 → 2 weeks → Master
Master → 1 month → Enlightened
Enlightened → 4 months → Burned
All the non-hour time intervals are in reality 1 hour shorter 
So 1 day is 23 hours, 2 days is 47 hours, 4 months is 2879 hours
EDIT: Wait I understand your question now.
The fast levels 1 & 2 are fast because the intervals are halved.
The fast levels past level 40 are fast because of a different reason: you can guru 90% of the kanji without guru-ing that level’s radicals.

I was just wondering (and hoping) it’s different for fast levels.
So basically, I have to wait for ~3 days to level-up?

If you only got one wrong, that shouldn’t affect level up that much, right? How many kanji depend on the radicals this level? That is to say, you might still level up earlier than 3 days from now.

This is a feature of WaniKani that I love! 
I don’t know how many times I’ve squeezed in a late evening review session of current level items, since I know they’ll come back at a much more reasonable hour the next time. 
Otherwise I would just wait until the next morning, since I’d be stuck reviewing those items that late (say midnight or 23.00) which means leveling that late…>_> So, better change the reviewing time now rather than later. So thanks WK team for this feature! 
I also feel like it’s better to get stuff done before sleep and let that do it’s magic!

@kaishin123 It always sucks to get stuck on a level. But, on the other hand, you’re at a level where grammar and reading is something to truly get into. So, I’d use the extra time for other pursuits.
Also leech squashing if you haven’t gotten those under control. 
When you hit the fast levels for real, leeches will breed like mad and getting them under control will become much more important!
Sorry for the unsolicited advice, but I just wanted to put it out there!

Yeaa, I’m actually more focusing on these aspects (reading, watching/listening and learning grammar points in the process) than WK.
