To be fair when I started voting I noticed that some choices I had correctly ranked had reset back to “Abstain” at some point before I corrected. Maybe that’s what happened?
I think I’ve missed the cut off for the voting but I’m up for joining if we end up playing Deltarune or 13 Sentinels!

I missed the voting, but it seems the only game that I have, 13 sentinels (in Japanese), won the vote, I think.
To clarify: it came out of the voting tied with 3 other games (Deltarune, 僕の夏休み, and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky)
Currently it’s unclear what we’re doing about the tie (some form of tiebreaking process is probably needed)
I can also say I ranked them all! I’m impressed that we got a tie.
Maybe we could do a one/two day poll with just the finalists?
That is quite the funny outcome I thought there’s no way there could be a tie let alone between 4 games lmao
I think from this I’ll make some changes 
- Regular polls from now on
- Be able to see who voted during the vote in case it’s heading for a tie and people can change their answer

I don’t think it’s a good idea to stack all the games to play one after another because it’s likely they’ll all take a while to complete as a club and by the time we get through some the people who originally voted for some might not still want to play them, so I think a regular tiebreaker now, and maybe the others will win next time who knows

Being specific (also in pretend land to be clear) about what happened to the votes here:
The person who chose Digimon as their second choice chose Deltarune as their 3rd. For the three Zelda 1st voters, they each chose a different game (Boku no Natsuyasumi, 13 Sentinels, and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon) as their hypothetical 2nd choice.
The two people who originally voted Digimon 1st, we can pretend one only voted for Digimon so their 2nd choice is an immediate abstain. The other’s second choice was Pokemon Gen1 (already elimated), their third was Zelda (just eliminated), their fourth was Mario (already elimated), and they abstained from fifth onwards.
Anyway, four have the lowest total vote so are eliminated, but there is nothing remaining, which means we end here with a tie. These voters may have had other things in their 2nd/3rd/4th choices, but they can’t be counted without removing the currently counted vote, and it’s a tie so the algorithm won’t pick one at random to cut out.
Depending on how many people abstained and on what, the tied vote at the end could be as low as 3 or 4 each. With a four way tie on 22 votes, 5 is the maximum.
I think it’s the relatively low voters:options ratio that undid it? (In the last set of elections here we had 22 candidates for a ranked choice vote. The ballot paper was comically long, but the system handled it fine)

Looks like 13 Sentinels has taken an early lead in this poll as well, it’s the one I was most excited about out of the remainders, so I’m happy about that.

I was very tempted to nominate Inazuma Eleven for the club based off their video & my memories of playing the first two games before. I just figured football RPG with pokemon-esque member recruitment might be a bit of a hard sell.
Maybe for the next nomination.

Rip to Deltarune. It was a close second for me here honestly.
Slight edge for 13 Sentinels as I post this – unfortunate for me specifically cause that’s probably the single one I wouldn’t join for; it’s pretty good but I played it too recently to want to rerun right now. These things happen, no big deal if that’s how it is in the end.
I’m open to it, had it on my game wishlist already (along with about 700 others 
). I kinda knowingly sent my non-Boku pick out to die just cause I thought it was an interesting thing I wanted to give the super longshot nonetheless so hey, why not.
I know!! I thought the same! I want to play Boku slightly more than deltarune, because I’ve never played it before, but have played through deltarune

Since I nominated it I didn’t want to vote too hard for it haha, but I did play it relatively recently
I think between Xenogears and Final Fantasy, 僕の夏休み would be my preferred choice for being a bit more casual. But I’d probably still try to join for 13 Sentinels though
Same here, if it wins I will still follow the club and maybe chime in because I’m really interested in what everyone thinks about it (and to learn some vocabulary maybe), but won’t replay it myself since it was quite recent since I’ve played it (even if in English).

Yeah I can do that much; the templates are much appreciated! Will just have to get a feel for what the right number of days seems to be but Boku is easy to manage by just doing X days per week. Good news for 13 Sentinels / other games fans is that Boku should be pretty quick anyway.
Busy right now but I’ll try to get a thread up in a bit tonight so I can get a feel for what people are looking for. I also need to get moving on getting my own copy of it (and making the decision if I’m doing psp or PS1 first…)
