Sorry if this is a repeat thread - I tried searching but couldn’t find anything relatively recent.
I’m wondering if there is a way to find reading material based on your WK level.

Probably the closest you can get is looking up the jlpt level that your current wk level covers well enough and reading graded readers of that level. But in reality, your best option is most likely to pick something that’s both interesting and relatively easy (most books in the absolute beginner book club are like that) and just accept that there will be plenty of words you won’t know.
You can find the books on Aozora ranked by WK level:
But be aware that these texts are rather older by nature - which doesn’t mean they are not interesting
Another option is https://learnnatively.com which doesn’t exactly rank by WK level but by difficulty, though.
There’s also an app for assisted reading called Satori Reader. They have reading material (fiction and non-fiction) written exclusively for the app, with in-built audio, vocabulary and grammar explanations, and WK support in that you can choose to only display kanji you already know. I haven’t used it myself but I’ve heard good things about it.
