Another option to what @trunklayer pointed out is SSQ from @rfindley and Item Inspector which uses SSQ from @prouleau. In the SSQ script you can choose various study methods as shown below and a variety of options to select as well!
For example, you can select what Level you want to study, you can select Radicals, Kanji, or Vocab (and any combination) and you can select which SRS level you want to study or any combination thereof. There’s more options as well.

I think Discourse auto-flags any post by a basic level user that includes a link 
It keeps spam posts away, but also hurts first-time users who link to other normal websites
