Hey all! I am a big fan of Murakami’s books and when his new book, 街とその不確かな壁 (the City and Its Uncertain Walls) came out, I thought it was a great opportunity to motivate myself more with immersion. Given that I love his books and that it isn’t out in English yet, I have a lot of motivation to stay consistent with it and really dig into the book. I’m only five pages in so far, and it’s admittedly above my level, but it’s really beautifully written so far and I would love to have some people to read it with and even maybe make a lil book club thing with it.

I’m definitely interested, but its price is ridiculously high right now compared to other books. I already have it on my list on Bookwalker, and once it’s discounted (there are sales quite frequently, although I’m not sure brand new books are included in them) I’m definitely grabbing it. If you’re reading slowly there may be a chance I can catch up with you.
