Hey! First of all, thanks for adding me as tester. I really like the alpha version so far 
As for the review forecast bars, they definitely look odd as well for me, but looks like you found the issue. Another issue I found is when one of the three segments is very short compared to the other two (say, one radical and 20 vocabs), then the number on the short segment is kinda too big.
I have another issue that prevented me from further testing though, unfortunately. Yesterday when I had around 35 reviews, or today with 55 reviews, and opened my reviews, the review count on the top right was way off and items appeared that were not really in my review queue. The vocab that is on my second screenshot is scheduled for later today though according to wkstats, maybe that’s coincidence.
