A Certain Bidoof's Multi-Language Study Log 🇯🇵 🇩🇪 🇨🇦 🇵🇱 [Asia Travel Arc]

It makes me sad that you’re not a fan of good songs, i.e. Tattoo and The Code    xddd

But yeah, it’s Eurovision, everything is a part of the lore and you’re missing out if you start sulking and going like “i actually don’t think AYE AYE FUEGO is that great of a song”, I’m sorry, it started an entire genre of music that always does well on Eurovision right now, you’ve gotta listen to AYE AYE FUEGO every once in a while too
(and bang your head to it, because I don’t like it but it’s a banger regardless xddd)

GOOD I HOPE THEY’RE THE CHURCH OF ZJERM ONCE AGAIN

I heard from my friends on Whatsapp today that one of them liked the Italian song and I was like “remind me why are we friends again” xdddd

…yeah yeah, o…of course except for when Måneskin won
Definitely not salty about 10 Years or Shum or anything xddd

Though I’ve gotta admit, their newer songs and albums are much better in terms of song quality, I’ve even added one of the songs into shuffle recently, so maybe Måneskin could be growing on me too ^^
And I’m definitely a Victoria De Angelis apologist, she could never do anything wrong   xddd

There haven’t been that many this year, have there? Estonia, Malta, Finland… since Milkshake Man got out, and Laika Party didn’t make it, it wasn’t that great of a meme song selection, but that definitely explains the amount of points Estonia got ^^

LOOK WHAT I FOUND

it’s the first time me seeing this, because i couldn’t get the exact meaning of a word (even with yomitan) and I tried hovering over it and the answer came up as red regardless, and when I was curious to see what the actual answer was, it came up with a content error and:

But yeah, we’re back and I was able to do the reviews ^^
Still going down the N2 path on Bunpro, I’m a bit scared, but we’re still holding on C:

Satori Reader, I hope having a part of the story won’t be treated as a copyright infringement or anything, but LOOK AT THIS DUDE

I DONT BELIEVE IT XDDD
I’m scared out of my mind answering TSA making sure that every answer I prepare is bulletproof and he goes like “tsushuukan no kyanpu” and gets the stamp to get into the country :sob: xdddd

In terms of Japanese classes, today we spoke about the Day of the Museums in Japan, 国立博物館の日, and comparing it to German Nights of the Museums, and then we’ve had this philosophical tangent on ‘what purposes do museums serve in the modern society’ and ‘what are the dark sides of museum exhibitions’, so that definitely tangented away quite a bit ^^
In terms of grammar, we did -出す、-始める, -終わる, -続ける with stem verbs and it was nice to practice it, because despite having seen it on Bunpro many many times, I was drawing blank in terms of what could be し終わりました until the textbook fed me the answers xdd

Oh well xddd

Life: Had my longest standing pen pal from Slowly call me on Discord earlier today and we’ve ranted about Katy Perry and Korean vs Japanese feminism, and also my America trip right now xdd

She’s one of those friends that you don’t speak to too often, but as soon as you do, conversation topics jump in immediately and you need to manually cut yourself off from the conversation because it’ll just keep going, and going, and going, and she’s my bridge to both German and South Korean cultures, so it’s nice to hear from somebody so opinionated about things happening in the world ^^

Also, I went to my bubble tea place to see this poster and look at the time of the poster and The Betrayal

had i known it was taking place I would’ve come up with a convenient excuse not to come, but now that I didn’t hear about it I’m like GRRRR xddd

Anyway, German classes tomorrow, so see you tomorrow ^^

Starting with Japanese, tfw I figure out that this grammar is N2 level xdddd

確かにこんなに尊い言葉はありえない ^^

Speaking of, ありえない, 得ない also is an N2 grammar on Bunpro, explained as:

And I wanted to be cool and all and go like “haaa, this whole N2 grammar is so simple” but I’ve already found my nemesis and I’m crying each time it shows up

I can’t even read the sentences with it at a normal speaking speed, not to mention construct it xdd
What’s the deal with this grammar ;___;

Aside from that, Yosemite Park friends are discussing bear encounters, happy for them xddd

WaniKani reviews will be unfun as heck for the next two days xddd

I’m unironically thinking of clicking “vacation mode” but I know that if I let my lazy brain take over, I simply will not study Japanese at all, so if I’m deciding whether to 我慢する through a mere few more months of burnout vs just rest up, number one seems much more tempting of an option ^^

And now German time: we’ve talked about conflict mediation today and I played the role of a mediator who was equally shocked by how terrible both sides of the conflict were, and I was siding to an emotional response with both of the sides to bring up the drama level to your local telenovelas xddd

I think Konditionalsätze are still something I’m not perfectly comfortable with and I’ll just pick a random grammar form with a random genus to try to push my sentence ahead, but the stamina is slowly growing ^^

As you can see, I even watched a video in German today, out of my own volition xddd
(but I haven’t done the homework today and I have even more for Thursday, so, ehhh, Ausdauer geht zu Ende)

Life: Today, I came up with an in-person introduction session to my fellow Works Council members and created a few introduction documents and I’m trying to convince my fellow co-workers that bureaucracy is fun and you should also love it, they’re still undecided on that subject though xddd

But working together has been immensely rewarding for me and this constitution of the Works Council has made me the most fulfilled I’ve been doing actual work in months, probably more so than my actual work, most likely more so than learning languages, it’s a good thing I have language courses to keep me moving towards the direction 言語を学ぶ because otherwise I’d have it hard to stay focused on them

Because of the multiple sources of fatigue at the same time, cycling, stress at work, doing politics, doing an awfully long language course, doing Japanese reviews, I come back home and get angry at the clock that it’s showing 0:21 already and I haven’t even found a new YTP with Steve from The Minecraft Movie today, but it’s the Sprachenlernen arc, shut up, go back home at 10pm, start doing reviews, go to sleep, repeat ^^

May and June have a lot of public holidays in Germany though, so I’m looking forward to Thursday and Friday next week, already have a little another-source-of-fatigue scheduled for that time ^^

Aaand really looking forward to the launch of Switch 2 as well ^^

See you tomorrow!

I said that today’s WaniKani won’t be fun and I didn’t expect how much unfun would it be xdd
There were a lot of masters to enlighteneds of words that I SWEAR I should’ve known long time ago, but alas ^^

Like this one, 時候

It’s one of those that I won’t call on the spot, but as soon as you tell me what the word is, I can’t see it any other way :upside_down_face: xdd
My next chance for this one will be in a week, so I’ll see if I’ll remember it then C:

Did a few more lessons on WaniKani today than usual because I’m halfway through Level 36 now and I wanted to get all of the kanji into my review queue, will it increase the size of my review pile? Yees :slightly_smiling_face: xddd
In just two months-ish, I’ll enter fast levels on WaniKani and the amount of lessons on the first day of the fast levels will also be something like 30-ish items, so for now I’ll just try to grit my teeth and push on ahead… through 220 reviews tomorrow ;___;

Bunpro: Interesting new grammar today, “there’s no way”, as in, 言いようがない, it’s not the volitional form, so that one will stick in my head

There’s a lot of similar grammars to this one, and I understand the nuance for the usages of the similar grammars, but you can bet that in speaking I’ll just pick my favorite of those:

and use it for every one of those contexts
I like わけがない because it comes with this explosive angst to it, but ようがない will inevitably grow on me because of the grammar ^^

Both Xenoblade X and Satori Reader leak into the life section, so let’s just pivot towards the life section instead ^^

Life!

Xenoblade X: tfw when I realized that my avatar in the game has the same clothes as I do in my wardrobe xdddd
I haven’t had a cosplay update in a while, so I’ll just get this one out of the way

Should I do purple highlights? I probably should do purple highlights, I just don’t know where to find a place that would do a toner for me, I’m already messy enough, no need to mess up my flat any further xdd

But yeah, heard the word あり得ない used in Xenoblade X today, 確かに, より他ない, as it turns out, Xeno X is using grammar of Japanese languages, yees xdd
And as previously, German subtitles are much, MUCH more difficult to follow than Japanese dialogue, but it makes me the more interested in the German text because I look at idioms and complex expressions and go like “I’ve literally never heard that used before. 一体 what does it mean” xddd

And Satori Reader, still reading Secret, but also new YUYUの日本語ポッドキャスト on being kind to yourself, and that one made me go like <INHALES> xddd

This is a topic I’ve been digging into extensively on my own accord because being queer in A.D. 2025 will do it to you, but I think THIS:

is a self-gaslighting strategy that wouldn’t have worked on myself even 10 years ago xddd
I mean, obligatory, yes, be nice to the others, recognize your strong suits, give yourself a tiny little treat #45245, but I hope that YUYU will have better takes in the next parts and it was just dumbed down for Satori Reader xddd

But yeah, being kind to yourself is a treadmill that never stops, mindfulness in my case works great when i’m feeling great and works terrible when I’m feeling terrible,

the problem with being kind to yourself is that everyone has their own threshold for kind of behaviors people want to project to the outside, and the hedonic treadmill will always recalibrate that chase back to square zero.

If I were unconditionally kind to myself, I would have dropped Japanese forever ago, I’d probably pick up on weight and eat way too many tiny treats, I’d spend days when I’m feeling less happy in bed and never raise up and if my hedonic treadmill adaptation wasn’t rock solid, I’d probably meme myself into depression by being passive under the umbrella of being kind to myself.

So for as long as I still have the energy to not be kind to myself, I will probably continue not to be kind for myself and explain gently to myself that I need to be hard on myself to condition myself so that doing things in the future would require less being hard on myself and so that i would unlock new avenues that would make it easier for myself to be kind to myself, aaand I’ll be kind to myself on the good days, and do measures towards having as many good days as I potentially can ^^

It might sound counter-intuitive on the surface, but that’s my secret to being happy with myself? Most of the time? xddd

I’ll have to revisit this strategy if it will actively start harming my mental health on consecutive days, odd ones are probably bound to happen.

I don’t know, is this sustainable? Is this not sustainable? Although I’ve been doing it for years, is there any bigger risks I should be aware of? Any queer/neurodivergent friends in the chat have hot takes in terms of being kind towards themselves? :face_in_clouds:

Either way, see you tomorrow ^^

I vote for the clip-in purple highlights like Japanese kids use. No mess… Easy to take on and off… Most important: Still super cute!

No clear thoughts on being kind to oneself… Not my strong suit :joy: I’m that hedonistic one who stays in bed all day having fun and not training and sucking up the hard stuff…

Hmm, maybe being kind to yourself isn’t completely overlapped with being nice to yourself. You’ve given me something to think about at least.

Blame the algorithm (pretend there is one for the purposes of this argument)

I guess being strict with yourself sometimes is still a way of being kind to your (future) self, just less directly, and in a way that people don’t usually think about it as. All comes down to definition. Personally I’m in an never-ending cycle between trying to decide whether I want my life to end up being comfortable and happy, or purposeful and fulfilling (or the magical hinterlands inbetween), so which one is really being kind? I don’t know

I looked at them and they look really cute indeed! You can get them pretty cheap too, so I was thinking of just throwing them in my basket and the next time I make a bigger order have them tag along, thanks for the recommendation ^^

The algorithm is basically “recent posts” and if anyone spams them when I’m writing my study log, we’re done for xddd

Rel. Of course, after having conversations with my mom about this, she is convinced that humans are made to eventually settle, I managed to persist a few years after her without settling yet, but I’m wondering if I’m sacrificing living the comfortable and happy life in the process ^^

Hello 1h20m reviews my old friend
I wonder what will happen if one night I happen to come back and know I already have less than 8 hours of sleep but also 200 items of WaniKani to clear

No use crying over something that hasn’t happened yet, so I started 10:45pm today and by midnight I was by
image
and also, crazy proud of myself for finally remembering the descend word after having forgotten it a few times, and having ranted about it here xddd

A few funky grammars on Bunpro today, including one I don’t know how to memorize, but it looks funny xddd

I’m allowing myself to fail a bit more leniently on Bunpro right now, which will mean my review count will increase pretty quickly once again, but Bunpro is one service where I’m willing to just pull the hand brake on if I get to 60 reviews and my accuracy stays below 85% ^^

I’m thinking that sometime in the future it would be nice to integrate either KaniWani or Android Kanji Study into my diet, because I’m past the point of having useful words and I’m having 漠然 words such as 漠然 ^^

But also, maybe I should just CATCH UP ON ANY OF THE BOOK CLUBS sorry i cant read i dont know whats written in the big one xddd

Though, シークレット is going nice, I’m becoming better at figuring out what the sentences say without pausing, even though I’m confused by the way how the story is written and I treat them as individual episodes of an anthology rather than an interconnected story, the ends of episodes don’t lead easily into the next episode

German:

Today we spoke about Erneuerbare Energien and what kind of renewable energy we could implement more of in Germany ^^

We spoke about Nachhaltigkeit (sustainability), fast fashion and local production of materials.
In terms of grammar, today I was grilled over “wenn” kontra “als”, it’s a common mistake that English speakers make, so I have to manually correct myself on them ^^

We got a ton of homework and the application for German course comes with a cloud account with more materials, plus on top of that, we get a digital account tied to the textbook we use and I probably should register myself to get even more materials ^^

I also wrote a few Beschlüsse in German at work today, I feel like formal and Fachsprache will definitely come easier to me than slang, but oh well xdd

Not a huge groundbreaking piece of news, but other Teilnehmer at the German course do listen to German TV, podcasts, read magazines in German in their free time and i don’t CATCH UP ON ANY OF THE JAPANESE BOOK CLUBS so I’ll be looking over my energy levels on the weekend ^^

Life:

In order to get German citizenship, you need to do a government Einbürgerungstest called Leben in Deutschland, and it’s awfully hard to find an appointment for it, in addition to being a test in the first place xdd

It’s similar to the theoretical driving license test, where there’s a decent pool of questions that people memorize most of the time, and then you come to the test, you answer 1/10th of the questions on a sheet of paper in person over a course of 60 minutes, and then you wait 2 months for a result xdd

So it was really hard to find an appointment, I was finally able to get one at the end of June! It’s still in Berlin, so I won’t have to do any crazy Hamburg shenanigans (even though I’d probably like xddd) and then I’ll be able to put it in my application for the German citizenship next year.

It’s gonna be a fun mini-challenge to take, I do not intend on grinding it extensively, but I’ll definitely have to review the most difficult questions, like, eee, which spot on the map is Berlin xddd

So the next mini-goal in life: write and pass Leben in Deutschland, I will update the OP in due time to reflect that struggle ^^

See you tomorrow! C:

FRIEREN VOLUME 5 OVER! C:
finally was able to get myself to do something in terms of book clubs, but why is the activation cost so high?

Probably no doubt, German study related and work related, being fatigued related, but still, getting myself to sit down and read Frieren took me good whole afternoon to get started. I don’t really blame YouTube or Discord for the cost of activation, because they seem to be more of effects of the state of things and not causes, but still, they’re a factor too

SHIKANOKO NOKONOKO KOSHITANTAN

Bunpro today was pretty interesting, me and N2 grammar are not big buddies so far xddd

I don’t really know how to study it except for putting actual grind into those grammars separately and keep going until they feel natural, but I already know I’m not intending on allocating time like this for now. また練習せざるを得ない ^^

And Xenoblade X: The Japanese voice actor of the epilogue-only character is putting in a ton of work into his vocal performance, I wonder if they upped the dubbing budget for the Definitive Edition, but I’m pretty happy with his performance ^^

Life:

Today felt reeeeally weird. It’s as if the time ran on 2x multiplier, it was 9:30pm and I was feeling like it’s still 6pm or something

Probably because the sun is so long out and even 9:30pm feels like a part of the day, but I really feel as if I haven’t achieved done anything big today, including rest, so consider this my venting part of the log xddd

The fact I was able to get myself to read some Frieren was a highlight, even though it took a lot of time, I’m thinking of reclaiming the library close to my place to make it a place that if I go to, I only do Japanese study in there, but I don’t know how much motivation will I have to follow through and go to that library to study in the first place ^^

But yeah, today didn’t feel like an actual day, I didn’t have any Japanese or German courses, had some bibimbap for a dinner, there’s a Uniqlo Festival called Arigato right now and bought myself a new sleeveless bra top at a discount,

and rushed back home to argue with friends on Discord about the importance of (mis)aligning interpersonal communication styles xddd

So I’m sorry, nothing exciting today, I will be in tomorrow though and I’m back bouldering with the bouldering friend! And then, probably bubble tea, maybe renewing my library card, and we’ll see what next.

See you tomorrow!

Of everything I’m reading Frieren has the highest activation cost - there are a lot of unusual words. I trick myself into it by deciding just to read two spreads… and then it gets easier if I do that very day. Then suddenly I’m caught up with the club, time elapses, and the activation cost climbs back up…

I tried to 油断するな。。。を試した。。。(xddd) throughout my reviews today, media context sentences really make it easier to retain some of the words ^^
For context, this is close to something like “Stay vigilant!” or “Stay on your guard!”, so, fun expression ^^

Bunpro:

Slowly getting out of the Bunpro train, it’s getting really hard once again, around the time of N3 grammars, some of them I’ve already seen, so おおよそ練習せずに済んだが、今は集中するより他ない。

Plus I have a decent few leeches from N3 and N4, sigh xd
Bunpro is still the one I have my handbrake in my hand in case it gets really impossible, but today’s Bunpro took me about as long, or maybe even longer than WaniKani, so yellow light is already on.

Satori Reader:
The シークレット story is getting so silly right now, they got a new climber in the cast, I was really expecting it to be a true crime kind of a story, but it’s all over the place with comic relief being the strongest trend, I’m kinda digging the direction xddd

Xenoblade X:
I can easily tell you that the final act wasn’t written by the original developers of the game, it’s so different and I haven’t made up my mind if I like it or not xddd
A decent few sonkeigo sentences today because Elma tries to convince everyone to 心臓を捧げよ (she didn’t use the actual words xdd) and I love it how Tatsu ends his sentences with も every time, I did one Tatsu quest today as well ^^

Life:
Ah yes, LIDL BEAR xdddd

They opened a new Lidl pretty close to my library, so I decided to give it a visit, and yeah, it looks pretty modern and they have 0.5l cans of Paulaner Spezi (blessed xdd), but I think I’m not that big of a fan of Lidl’s own brands and Lidl has a lot of its own brands in the store, so even though I’ve got it not that far away, I won’t visit them often. My mom would be big into them, she loves their useless plastic things like leaf rakes (she doesn’t have a garden) or leaf pumps (she doesn’t have a garden) xdddd

I got my library card renewed and took a visit to Janusz-Korczak-Bibliothek, I love their kids book section:

I really like it that they have kids books in many languages, between Arabic and Ukrainian, those ones always have pretty illustrations, I need to learn how to read arabic one day ^^

In terms of Ukrainian, because this language is basically Polish with Cyrillic script, it’s just a vibe to be reading those xddd

By the way, my seat in the German course is between two Ukrainian women and we attempt not to switch back to Polish/Ukrainian even if we don’t know the word in German no matter now convenient it would be xddd

Oh and speaking of bears…

And went bouldering with the bouldering friend, had some lunch afterwards:

I still haven’t gotten back to my pre-America trip weight, so tried to keep it below 1000 calories xddddddd

And did a backup of my laptop, phone data, Steam Deck Emudeck SD card, Switch saves, on my NAS server and I’m down a terabyte, with a few terabytes to go ^^

So yeah, adventure day today, I’ll try finishing Xenoblade X epilogue tomorrow and then maybe do something else in terms of Japanese as well.

See you tomorrow!

Final update from Level 36, I’ll be Level 37 by the same time tomorrow ^^

Also, note to self, “cider” and “cedar” are two separate concepts that don’t have much in common, I found myself answering “cider” to cedar like three times now xddd

On the very same note, I don’t get how are people supposed to go through WaniKani without extensions, like seriously xddd

Not even a shake, no suggestion, just, wrong xdd
It’s a good thing I can just press backspace and correct it, but man.

Bunpro:
I had sUSPICIOUSLY SIMPLE GRAMMARS TODAY

and i wonder where the catch is, but the last two days have been 以上、中を、途中で、maybe this whole N2 isn’t as difficult as I thought it was. Well, would be great to see the sentences used in the wild, for example by READING :slightly_smiling_face: :slightly_smiling_face: :slightly_smiling_face:, but not today and maybe not tomorrow ^^

Satori Reader:
シークレット had another thematic shift, I don’t know if I can call it a jumpscare right now, but all the goodwill collected by Michael joining the story is gone and 明彦 and 一樹 are freaking out, fun times xddd

Xenoblade X: will leak into life ^^

Life

Ahh, I forgot I could be introverted too

It might take a long time before I channel this energy into Japanese, but since the last update, I’ve spent something like 10 hours playing Xenoblade X in German/Japanese and finally finished the epilogue story. Funnily, it was as long as the main campaign of the game xddddd
I might or might not post in the video games channel a rant about it, but first thoughts, absolute GAS set pieces in the final fights, story definitely did not sway me away and I’m reeeeally angry and upset with it; this game has some of the best gameplay I’ve ever seen and I had so, so much fun playing it this time around as well ^^

So a few hundred hours into Mira across Wii U and Switch, 10 years of my life, rating: :star_struck:/10 xdddd

Reading the whole game in German has been an experience, it was my first time reading everything in German, I saw myself evolving from “what is a Treibstoff” to "Beschleunigt die Treibstoff-Rückgewinnung von geparkten Skells” in just a few dozen hours of play and since every single resource to craft augments for this game is in English, translating in real time from English to German to understand what resources I need has been fun ^^

There is a low quality joke in the epilogue by one of the characters where the character asks 調子はどうだ and then you are supposed to answer 最悪 and then he goes like アンタよりはいい、つまり最高だ and it’s like : I
It’s definitely a dad joke, in German it’s “wie geht’s, wie steht’s?” and in English it’s “how’s it poppin’?”, which is equally as unfunny as the German one xddd

But yeah, crafted Ares 90 (the overall strongest robot in the game) and all of the augments that were necessary to power through the game and, 10 years later, I finally did it, I destroyed the strongest superboss of the game

Kinda by cheesing out the superboss, but we did it!
I still didn’t get one of the soldier characters in the game, Mia, and I’m most likely not intending on getting her anytime soon, I just want to put Xenoblade X to rest right now and still call it one of my favorite games of all time ^^

What a thrill C:

Then, eee, had my breakfast at 7:35pm while thinking of where to get reward tickets to craft the strongest robots,

,
and then, wait, it’s 0:27??? I’ve barely played a few hours today :sob: :sob: :sob:

They say the time isn’t wasted if you’re having fun ^^
BUT IM DEFINITELY NOT READY FOR WORK TOMORROW WTF

See you tomorrow!

LEVEL 37 WOOOO C:

Today’s WaniKani was pretty decent, but Bunpro definitely wasn’t xdddd

I think that 万が一 is my favorite N2 grammar so far:

But I’m really struggling with the other grammars, I did some reading today for the grammars I didn’t ace first try and I ended up spending over 1h20m on my Japanese block again, which isn’t very sustainable and I don’t know what to do with it much. I don’t want to completely stop N2 again though, so maybe reducing the amount of lessons to 1-2 if I see I’m struggling?

Not today yet though ^^

In the Japanese classes we talked about ブルガリアバラ祭り :bulgaria: today and I’ve still never been to Bulgaria xddd ;_;

One of the tasks to the test was to write the kanji for rose, and me, coming straight of Fata Morgana with a wide grin on my face, 薔薇, we did it chat xddd

We also touched on some grammar with 〜会う、〜換える、and a few other things and we’ve had a listening where, I would’ve said that the velocity of listening was unfair and nobody speaks that fast, if not for the fact that I heard YUYU speed up out of nowhere and speak about as fast and like, I am a fast talker, I don’t think I speak as fast as that recording or YUYU xddd

In terms of Fata Morgana, sigh, I’m really interested in continuing it, but I can already see life getting in the way as early as tomorrow with German classes, so maybe atomic habits is what I’m in a market for, to only play it for 700 days, but play it every day xddd

Anyway, one really cool thing I found today: Klett, a textbook company in Germany, has its own online service called allango that is ABSOLUTELY BLESSED, provided that you buy textbooks from them ^^

It allows access into digital (DRMed) versions of a textbook you just bought:

with all of the recordings and the transcripts of them:

And since I’m having my German classes with my textbook, I played around a bit today with different tools and different textbooks, it turns out my old Klett textbooks also got updated to be supported by that website, but unfortunately, not my issues, my issues grant me the ability to listen to recordings and watch videos, but not accessing the whole hybrid setup. Still, it’s really cool! Klett also makes Japanese textbooks:

but they’re very much ground level, so not much use from them from me.
私は大丈夫です。リーダはどうですか? xddd

Aside from this, arranged my notes from German classes, messed around with my Switch ahead of the Switch 2 launch (and transfer), looked into future Betriebsrat seminars and, uh, it’s 2:20, I’ll just wrap it up xddd

The long review session blocks are killing me xdd

See you tomorrow!

You remembered that 薔薇 kanji and drew it only from memory?!?! wth (bowing low)
I just started at it for a while now to possibly attempt to remember it.
But even when I put it in my notes from Fata Morgana, I was thinking “nobody uses this kanji, even in Japan, so I won’t bother to learn it. It looks like scribbles…”
