Thereās a croc in there. The shoe of course
Ummm I feel like following the river is a good idea cause you probably have to reach something at some point, Iām not sure aimlessly wandering the jungle will do much at least with the river you have a point of reference. Though I know thereās a croc lurking but donāt walk right on the bank please 
Decision: continue walking along the river bank
