It’s such a beautiful story! (I only read the first two books, so I’m only talking about those). Enjoy 
Smol update. Finished the first of the books. Took me longer than expected since I read so many other things during that time as well.
Except for one world building chapter the difficulty is pretty easy. Great material to work a litle on my reading speed. The story so far is okay, but I would have hoped that something more happens already in book 1.
Chapter 3 felt a little out of place. Except for minor information it was not yet that relevant for Erin’s story. Maybe book 2 will tie those two stories better together.
I expect the second book to take me even longer with butter probably taking most of my available time. So the next update might be in a while.
For what it’s worth, books 1 and 2 are effectively one book. Japanese publishers just like to split long books in half for some reason. (Or at least they do that with her books a lot.)
