努 doesn’t have any entries for Visually Similar Kanji, while 怒 has one for 恐. Given that both kanji share the radicals for woman and stool in the same position, they should be included in each other’s entry for Visually Similar Kanji.

I guess you receive quite some requests like this, but will you also consider芋 and宇? I don’t know about others, but confuse them…
