●コラム● 足下の歩き方 その８ タコ服

港町アラビにて、初めてタコを食べたハクメイ。その味に感銘を受けたハクメイが、ミコチにお願いして作ってもらったのがこの防寒具。ミコチもタコの全身を見た事はない為、吸盤の数は間違っているが、そこはご愛嬌。

生地はアラビ産の綿で、紅花を用いて薄紅色に染めてある。吸盤や縁取り等の装飾は、ひとつひとつがミコチの手縫いであり、細部まで手の込んだ１着に仕上がっている。

上半身部分と下半身部分が一体型のパンツ（いわゆる”つなぎ”）になっており、ふたはさらにその下に股引を着用しているとか。

The chapter’s long because they had to spend four pages just explaining the rules of the game. :face_with_tongue:

So I found the rules of 大小, but I’m still confused as to Hakumei and Shinato’s disagreement on the top of page 183. I’m getting the impression that they’re both in agreement that Shinato won the bet, they’re just disagreeing about what numbers she rolled. In which case, why bring it up?

Not overjoyed by having the hero win by cheating, though…
