こんにちは,
I have started the adventure of learning Japanese. I came across this website recently and I am loving it so far! I have been using Memrise and using WankKani together has been awesome! What other tools do would you suggest?

I suggest investing in some commonly used textbooks. Genki is generally used in college classrooms, but there are a lot of online resources available when it comes to “textbook alternatives.” A lot of people recommend Tae Kim’s Guide, but I also really enjoy Maggie Sensei’s website. You’ll find websites are more like “supplemental” learning to what you’ll find in textbooks, though.
I don’t use Anki, but a lot of people love it.
For me, the #1 tools I use are native Japanese speakers (I wouldn’t call them tools though, ha). I have friends that are natives, YouTube is invaluable, and I recommend finding some music you enjoy. I’ve learned far more from those 3 mediums than I’ve ever learned from a textbook.
がんばってください!
I’d suggest Lang-8, HiNative. I haven’t try HelloTalk and iTalki, but it should be nice.
Number Two tool I’d suggest would be Anki, if you find a way to properly use it.
Also, why don’t you go see this thread:
Duolingo added Japanese, too.
