Mhh, not very happy with this chapter. First of all, I was hoping for a bit more action (like Moe nearly getting killed, that’s always fun). And it seems the conclusion is going in a pretty obvious direction? Sounds like it was an elaborate suicide with the help of Shougen’s first disciple, in order to make Shougen famous? We’ll see if there are any surprises in the last chapter.

I guess the 使徒 is ナガル and the 使途 will be revealed in the next chapter (getting famous?)

There’s no way suicide would be the solution two books in a row, right?

I keep thinking the solution will involve secret twins because of a certain movie about a magician. That’s probably too cliche though. My other unlikely idea is that Nagaru was the real master and Shougen was the apprentice. This is all starting to sound like they’re a bunch of Sith :sweat_smile:
