Yup, that’s right! You won’t lose anything you’ve already started studying
Thanks for the response!
Thank you! We were able to figure out what the root problem was today, so hopefully shouldn’t happen again
Not sure if its already mentioned but perhaps we can move 大会 down to a lower level? I’m on Level 6 and I see it being used very frequent in context sentences. Doesn’t make sense for it to be in level 13.
It used to be level 5, they moved it to level 13 and forgot to update the context sentences.
Have you considered moving the “spicy” radical up a few levels? It’s currently in level 9 but only gets used in level 16, with the kanji itself appearing in level 44.
Thanks for catching that! (And thanks for the detective work @2tea) We’ll look into revising those context sentences.
Hi durteloni! We’ve actually already planned to move the 辛 kanji and some of its relevant vocab down to level 9 in this round of movements, since they’re pretty common. The move will take place on Wednesday, March 27
Wow, looks like I’ll be getting 4 new lessons out of nowhere then I was pretty surprised back when the ice radical got moved down, because I didn’t know about the movement
And you’ll get 4 others this Wednesday too
Lots of high up kanji climbing down to me, I like it
Btw, I’m pretty sure that I’ll be able to learn this word before it gets moved up hehe
Thanks and sorry for the double posting
Regarding this movement: It could be very possible that I somehow missed it, but shouldn’t 例 also get moved to level 10? It’s currently level 14, and I doubt the vocab would have a lot of use at level 10 with the second kanji being level 14 Again, it could be that I missed the movement of the kanji.
Thanks so much for pointing that out! You’re right, it should say level 15 not 10 I’ve updated the post
Ah, thanks a lot! I already panicked a bit because I haven’t gurued 例 yet haha
The Kick radical is currently taught at level 5, but its first use in a kanji is at level 9.
The Cliff radical is currently taught at level 4, but its first use in a kanji is at level 8.
Maybe they could be considered for the next round of content movements?
Super-minor nit-pick, but it should read "moving up to level 28, especially when reading the explanation:
Great points, thanks Marifly! I’ve added them to the list for consideration
