Changes to audio player that might affect scripts

The new audio player is on preview.wanikani.com as of today. We’ll turn it on www.wanikani.com later in May, depending on feedback. We’ve cleaned up the code for playing pronunciation audio. The changes are all under the hood and should improve audio playback quality and address other bugs. We no longer write an audio tag through jQuery and append it to the page to play audio.
