Please, can anyone who is interested in this print out a single page on A4 paper, then fold it, and then see if it all fits ok and does not hit folds?
This is an American paper version. I will make an A4 version if I need to.

Well, then print out a single page of this one in A4, and tell me if it fits and if the folds hit anything.
Fold in half one way, in quarters the other. Unfold, then see how close to text the fold lines hit.
Also, since there is space on the left hand pages, there will be one-word English definitions of each kanji.
If anyone is interested in helping, my content is below. I added quick one-word definitions of most of the kanji, except where obvious. If anyone wants, they may check for errors. There may be some better 音読み choices for some of them too. I will do a little reordering for the final book.
Also, @Leebo, you are the only person to appear in a legendary sense in any of these yoji. It is up to you if you want me to remove them or leave them in. Here are the ones that include your name:

“Leebo’d” is the spelling. 
The problem is that my 's are not typesetting correctly. I don’t want another rabbit hole to fix something. So I am avoiding ’ .

I have LaTeX code than makes the pages into tiny PDF pages, then several other pieces of code that arrange 16 little pages on a sheet in the right orientation. But there no way to tell how things work in the real world with real paper.
