The grind starts now

What the hell are we all waiting for to start attacking those wanikani levels,

waiting for the stars to align.

When I grew up, a song came out called: all I need is a miracle

guess what

that miracle ain’t coming

There is no perfect time to start.

You gotta start now.

Great song! Those were the days…

And it’s (almost) always a great time to start Japanese!

I reached level 60 years ago, still can’t read. Those kanji don’t stay in one’s mind.

Good luck, you can do it  And don’t worry if it’s taking you longer than you expected to get to level 60, its a process that works best at your own pace!

Just keep in mind that completing Wanikani isn’t the same as learning Japanese. Make sure you use diverse learning sources and refrain from getting bored. Kanji is arguably not the most important thing to start with if you’re just starting to study Japanese.
