[synonym update] 仕方がない can no longer be "no use"

until last week “no use” worked as an answer, I kind of get used to smaller answers or more direct expressions

仕方がない - added “there’s no other way” to meanings, whitelisted “it is no use” and “it can’t be helped”, and improved meaning mnemonic
