Just moved to Japan, I feel like my learning process doesn't work anymore

You may want to look at Kamesame. IMO, easier to set-up and get going than Anki. I use it as a supplement to WK. On the lessons page there are 3 options for input content (pre-made lists, sync with your WK account, and input your own content). I use the 3rd option to add things (Kanji or vocab) that I want to study via SRS that are not in WK.

I moved to Japan at a similar level. You’d be suprised how much you remember things by just running into them on a daily basis. Remember SRS programs works under the assumption that the only place you’re encountering the information is in the SRS. Remember that SRS programs are a supplement, not the only way your brain can retain information. Honestly, I’d say don’t stress about inputing everything you see into an SRS. Just look new things up as you see them. If they really are useful words, you’ll end up seeing them (and looking them up) multiple times and then you’ll just remember them
